We are professional, agile and our goal is to Waypoint offers comprehensive services, including a special purpose Pre-K through Grade 5 private school for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, case management services for adults and children, outpatient therapy, and residential and in-home supports for adults with intellectual disabilities.
Seeking a Human Resources Supervisor with knowledge and proficiency in all areas within the HR department.
The ideal candidate will coordinate the HR activities of the organization and ensures compliance with HR requirements.
This is a great position for someone with experience in the full scope of Human Resources including 3
years supervising staff and proficiency in all areas of HR.
Responsibilities:
Oversee employee records.
Oversee recruitment.
Serve as knowledgeable resource for human resources issues.
Perform employee training and development.
Maintain and instruct organizational policies and procedures.
Conduct exit interviews.
Prepare compensation and performance evaluations, including analyzing compensation and benefits data to assist with compensation decisions.
Manage and supervise the work of HR staff.
