This individual will be responsible for managing the construction process and scheduling with home owners, subcontractors and internal team members.
This individual will work as part of the Patco Residential Team.
The successful candidate shall have strong residential field and management experience, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and exhibit passion in a face-paced environment.
Other requirements include a proven track record, simple scheduling abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PATCO CONSTRUCTION has been in business for over 35 years as a family-run company.
The company has two operating groups, one in residential home development and the other in commercial construction.
The residential group has been a consistent leader in developing and constructing quality homes in its Southern Maine housing communities.
Patco designs its homes in-house through its New Home Personalization Studio and using its Womancentric Design elements.
