Scope of Work:
The individual in this role will be highly proficient processing transactions, including new account opening, complex customer interactions, and problem resolution.
The individual will be knowledgeable of our company's products and services to effectively meet the customer's needs and provide a superior level of customer service.
This position will assume branch oversight responsibilities in the absence of management.
Essential Functions (3):
Sales - Responsible for the sale and service of all deposit and consumer loan products and provides qualified referrals to other business lines.
Meets assigned sales/referral goals.
Customer Experience- Displays the following attributes:
friendly, outgoing, professional, courteous, projects a positive image, and is respectful to customers.
Responsible for independently resolving escalated problems quickly and efficiently.
Team Support - Provides support and assistance to other branch staff by maintaining proficiency with technology, policies and procedures in order to process a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently.
Such transactions may include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, verifying incoming/ outgoing cash, and daily balancing of cash drawer/ vaults.
This individual will serve as a mentor/trainer for others and assume branch oversight responsibilities in the absence of management.

Required to be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience:
2-3 years of related experience in financial services Experience in a professional, service focused and fast-paced environment Desired Education:
High school or General Education Diploma Working Conditions & Minimum Physical Requirements:
